Girls 5 & Up Gymnastics

Girls recreational gymnastics classes focus on building strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while learning gymnastics skills on all 4 Olympic Events: floor, bars, beam, and vault. We incorporate many other pieces of equipment to help teach skills and gain strength, such as, the rope, foam pit, monkey bars, rock wall, etc. Your gymnast will be grouped according to their age and ability level. The goal is to provide a fun and safe environment for girls to develop physically and mentally.
