Party Details

• Parties are 2 hours total

• You may begin setting up up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party start time

• All cleanup must be completed by the end of your 2-hour party time

• Designed for ages 4–12

 

Guest & Package Pricing

• $250 Party Package: 5–10 participating guests

• $300 Party Package: 10–20 participating guests

• 21+ participating guests allowed for $300 + $5 per additional guest 

 

Food & Drinks

• Outside food and drinks are welcome

• Food and drinks must stay in the party room only (no food or drinks in the gym area)

 

Decorations

• You’re welcome to bring your own decorations

• We ask that no open flames, confetti, or hazardous items are brought into the facility

• Parents are responsible for setting up and tearing down all outside items within the allotted time

 

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date

• All payments are made through our Beamers Parent Portal

• Final balance is due 24 hours prior to the party

• Parties are held on weekends and spots are limited
