Preschool Gymnastics

This is a co-ed class that begins at 2.5 to 5, Preschool gymnasts focus on developing gross motor skills, coordination, and social skills through fun, engaging activities. These classes often incorporate play-based learning with games and themes to teach basic gymnastics skills like rolls, jumps, and balance, while also promoting listening skills, turn-taking, and following directions. The goal is to build a strong foundation for future gymnastics skills while fostering physical and cognitive development.
